How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the article URL and the specific sentence or figure you believe is incorrect. If you own the product and your experience differs from ours, tell us — that is the most valuable kind of report we get.
What we do
- Factual errors (a wrong specification, price, dimension or model number) are corrected within two business days, with a note at the foot of the article.
- Test errors (a measurement taken incorrectly) trigger a re-test of the unit on hand before republication.
- Substantive changes that alter a verdict are described in plain language, and the modified date is updated.
- We do not silently edit a review. If something changed, the page says so.
What we will not change
We do not remove criticism because a brand objects to it, and we do not edit a score because of commercial pressure. If a brand believes we are factually wrong, they can send evidence; if the evidence is good, we correct it.
